Web6 May 2013 · Hello, we have started experiencing an issue earlier today involving CloudFlare. Basically when visiting any website that is using CloudFlares services we are being blocked because our IP has been blacklisted by CloudFlare. I have checked our side of the system and have yet to come across anything out of the ordinary. WebRestricted need Help I was just about to watch Tokyo Ghoul:re but for all the episodes (12) it's a 2 second video with the following on screen : This video has been restricted. Streaming video from cloudflares basic service is a violation of the terms of service.

WebStreaming blocked It looks like warp is being blocked on Hulu and PrimeNow video. Is there a way to contact cloudflare about this? Disney+ works just fine for some reason though. If you’re still getting banned, and you’re using a package that handles ratelimits, then switching hosts may solve the problem.
