I agree, the nude is better for day to day use to prevent retraction. I like the idea of the silicone rim on the full sleeve to act as a catch point for an extender. Will try that soon. It relies on a small silicone ring holding you in a stretched state from under your glans. If you're circumcised I'm sure it works great, if you're not I'd say avoid it.
