Webb10 aug. 2016 · The onsen experience is slightly disappointing as the onsen is located indoors and feels more like a large, heated pool than an authentic hot spring. I would have preferred that they brought the onsen closer to the outdoors. In addition, there is no sauna nor cold plunge pool. The speed of the internet can be frustratingly slow.
