That M/C is for a disc/drum, so at best, it'll only have a residual pressure valve in the rear line port,and maybe none at all. Drum/drum needs a 10# valve on both front and rear. For example, if you are running just brake lines from the MC to a Tee for the front and a Tee for the back, the valve is needed. And IMO thats the best way to plumb a brake system.
