The President & CEO of Global Security Contractors LLC is Jason M. Doss, a former police chief with over 18 years of combined law enforcement and private security industry experience. Additionally, he is a certified firearms instructor for police, security, and license to carry holders. Furthermore, Jason is a published author, use of force expert witness, and a nationally recognized, board certified private investigator.
Jason abides by several key principles in the security industry. First, Christianity is a core foundational principle. He believes that every human life is precious and people of every race, color, and creed should be treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Second, he believes that competition is good for the soul, and that "the customer is always right." Third, he is a strong believer in the right to keep and bear arms and that "the answer to a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun." Finally, Jason wants to do everything possible to provide good employment opportunities for veterans of the U.S. military.

In conjunction with her current position as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Global Security Contractors, LaChandra ("Candy") also serves as Executive Operational Planning Manager for a well-known financial institution. Before transitioning to her current role, she served as a Director, Claims Litigation, handling insurance defense and also served as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, designing sourcing solutions, negotiating agreements, and effectively managing third party relationships to ensure regulatory compliance.
Prior to her civilian employment, Candy served 20 years in the United States Air Force. She held a variety of leadership positions in C-130 aircraft, recruiting, and mission support and had the unique opportunity to assist then President Bill Clinton and the late U.S. Ambassador Richard Holbrooke in negotiating the Dayton Peace Accords which ended hostilities between the countries of Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia. After transferring to the Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps, Candy represented the Air Force world-wide in complex, multi-million dollar contracting disputes before the Government Accountability Office (GAO), Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and federal courts. In her final active duty assignment, she served as the Chief, Strategic Sourcing, providing strategic sourcing, acquisition, and fiscal law direction to 25 subordinate Air Force legal offices.
Candy earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Hampton University and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She also possesses a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Government Procurement Law from The George Washington University.
As a running enthusiast, Candy has completed over 175 half marathons, 15 full marathons, and three 50K races.
